Step 1: Subscription to the Heavyequipment.com.au web site
- Free unlimited listings.
- No Contracts.
- The dealer can use their own Condition, Attachments and Risk Assessment PDF reports. Otherwise heavyequipment.com.au provides an Attachment and Condition report template.
- We strongly recommend that all listing should be accompanied by a Risk Assessment Report.
- Plus upgrade your listing to a Feature Listing to stand out from the rest for only $50 + GST ($55 GST inclusive) per machine.
Step 2: List Machinery as a For Sale listing
- All buyer contacts for listings will be directed to the dealer.
- PDF printable soft copies of the procedure manuals will be made available to all subscribing dealers.
- An email help desk will be made available to all subscribing dealers.
Step 3: Send your items to auction at your request
- All buyer contact for auction items will be handled by heavyequipment.com.au.
- No cost unless sold.
- 3% sellers’ commission plus a 3% buyer’s administration fee.
- Two types of auctions:
- Rolling Auction:
Are available to dealers who subscribe to the listing site (by transferring machines over from the listing site to the auction site) which occur on an ongoing bases with the reserve price and closing date set by the seller.
There are no costs applicable to the dealer for participating in the Rolling Auction unless the item is sold at which time Heavyequipments.com.au standard 3% seller commission will apply.
- Scheduled Auctions:
Available to dealers who subscribe to the listing site (by transferring machines over from the listing site to the auction site) which occur on a specifically scheduled base with the reserve price and closing date set by the seller.
There are no costs applicable to the dealer for participating in the Scheduled Auction unless the item is sold at which time Heavyequipments.com.au standard 3% seller commission will apply. However in the case of a single or multiple dealer auctions an agreed marketing/advertising cost may apply.
